A scissor lift that performs its regular functions and also dances and transforms into an interesting sculpture. A lead project in 01SJ’s Intersections initiative, which supports California artists working at the intersection of art and technology, it was created by Rubén Ortiz-Torres in collaboration with legendary radical bed-dancer world champion, Salvador “Chava” Muñoz from Colotlán, Jalisco.
