Favianna Rodriguez focuses on the the lives of immigrant laborers in America. Themes include agribusiness, xenophobia, anti-immigrant legislation, violence against day laborers, criminalization of immigrant workers, and the growing amount of raids by I.C.E. in work places. American Dream is a combination of dynamically generated content from Internet sites, interviews and images about San Jose immigrant workers.
