A full service development company, the principals for MAC MILLAN PARTNERS, INC. are actively involved in every aspect of a development project, from site acquisition and due diligence, hiring of the project development team, project entitlement, managing the design, construction and marketing of the projects and managing the properties once they have been designed, constructed, leased and occupied. MAC MILLAN PARTNERS, INC. currently manages a property portfolio consisting of 16 separate properties and approximately 135 acres of entitled development land. The largest asset in the portfolio is the Comerica Bank Building, which is a 12 story, 213,595 square foot class A office tower and 600 car parking garage that was developed by Donald Mac Millan in 1983.
